Wavetrain Systems AS is responsible for the processing of personal data on the company's behalf.
This declaration contains information you are entitled to when we collect data from our website
(as per section 19 of the Personal Data Act) and general information on our personal data
processing practices (as per section 18, first paragraph of the Personal Data Act).
Processing of personal information at www.wavetrain.no
It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information in connection
with services, such as receiving newsletters and brochures. The treatment basis is the consent
of the
individual. Only Wavetrain Systems AS has access to the information that is collected.

supplier for www.wavetrain.no.
Web statistics
Wavetrain Systems AS uses Google Analytics to collect unidentified visitor information at
www.wavetrain.no. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve
and further develop the information on the website. Examples of data collected are how many
people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which sites the users come from and
which browsers are used. The information is processed in an unidentified and aggregated
form. By unidentified is meant
that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. The information
will be deleted automatically after 24 months if you do not return to the site. The
information from Google Analytics is stored on Google’s servers in the United States and is

Surveys
Wavetrain Systems AS uses SurveyMonkey to conduct surveys. We will always inform about the
purpose of the survey. Surveys are always anonymous and information cannot be linked to the
respondents. Wavetrain Systems AS will not share the information with others or use the
information for purposes other than those specified.
Administration
Wavetrain Systems AS records customer information in the Visma accounting program. The
personal information we store is to meet the requirements of the accounting legislation. We
record name and email address, and sometimes address and phone number. The customer
information is processed by Wavetrain, and our accountant also has access to the data. The
access is regulated by its own data processing agreement.
E-mail and phone
Wavetrain Systems AS uses e-mail and telephone. E-mails are available to those of Wavetrain
Systems AS’s employees who receive the e-mail. The individual is responsible for deleting
messages that are no longer relevant and reviewing and deleting unnecessary content in the
mailbox at least every year. Upon resignation, the email accounts are deleted. Sensitive
personal information should not be sent by email. Regular email is unencrypted. We therefore
encourage you not to send
confidential, sensitive or other confidential information via email.
We do not register personal nor sensitive information that we may receive in telephone calls,
nor do we log calls.
Rights
Everyone who asks has the right to basic information about the processing of personal data in
an enterprise pursuant to section 18, paragraph 1, of the Personal Data Act. Wavetrain
Systems AS has provided this information in this statement and will refer to it at any
request. Those who are registered in one of the Wavetrain Systems AS systems are entitled to
access to their own information. The person also has the right to request that incorrect,
incomplete or information Wavetrain Systems AS
not be allowed to process is corrected, deleted or supplemented. Requirements from the data
subject must be answered free of charge and no later than 30 days.
